Move-In Ready Homes

Deliberate design and a sleek, contemporary atmosphere are encapsulated in this dazzling duo at The Escapes at Edgewater. These two homes could very well be identical twins, they look very similar from the outside, but inside there are some stark differences. But just like the Wrigley’s Doublemint gum ads of the 80s, you really can’t go wrong with either one.

Great Room – Edgewater 17

The homes are built as the Rockport II floor plan from Henry Walker Homes, which offers a beautiful, airy main living area with two story windows to take in the natural light, and a warm fireplace. The kitchen and dining areas are also open and leave ample room for culinary creations, entertaining, or relaxing after a day in the mountains.

Master Bedroom – Edgewater 18

Main floor living is also possible with a large master bedroom on the ground level which includes a walk-out deck, spacious en-suite bath with luxurious soaker tub, separate shower with Euro style doors, and double vanities. Store all the ski boots, helmets, towels and flip flops in the mud room cubbies as you enter from the garage.

Kitchen – Edgewater 17

Large gatherings of family or friends are possible on the main level, as well as the basement level, which opens up to a spacious family room, each home with a cozy fireplace and two additional bedrooms with bath en-suite.

Master Bath – Edgewater 18

On the upper level of these homes is where the similarities end. While unit 18 is more of a standard Rockport II plan with a second master bedroom and bath, a fifth bedroom en-suite, and spacious loft area with large closet space. Unit 17 also has a second master bedroom but the bathroom and bedroom have been reversed, offering views out the front of the home from the walk-out balcony. In this home a sixth bedroom en-suite has been added in place of the loft area, which offers a more attractive rental home when considering large family reunions.

Both homes walk-out the back to a wide open grassy area which includes a picnic pavilion and pickleball court. Other amenities of the community include private access to the sandy beaches of Pineview Reservoir, a community pool and hot tub, landscape maintenance and snow removal. At the completion of Phase III, there will also be a fire pit area overlooking the lake, boat parking, storage units (for purchase), and a bocce ball court.

Set in the heart of outdoor adventure, this community couldn’t be more well situated for it’s easy access to alpine skiing at Snowbasin or Powder Mountain, water sports at Pineview Reservoir, hiking and mountain biking trails on all sides, fishing along the Ogden River, or snowmobiling at Monte Cristo. The opportunities are endless. Whatever your pleasure, these homes are sure to provide everything you need for a life in the mountains.
